A Cordura® version of the abb, Kawanishi Kaban's most popular tote bag for women, has been released.

The body is made of durable and beautiful glossy nylon fabric, and the black handle is made of Japanese leather. The uniform black metal fittings add a sense of luxury.

What is Cordura® fabric?

The Cordura fabric used by Kawanishi Kaban is called CORDURA Ballistic, a robust nylon fabric developed by INVISTA, a long-established leader in the nylon industry.

This fabric is lightweight, resistant to abrasion, tearing, and abrasion, and is so strong and reliable that it is even used in bulletproof vests.It is highly water-repellent and boasts high strength that allows it to withstand harsh environments.

Therefore, it is less likely to deteriorate over time, and is recommended for those who want to use it for a long time while keeping it looking nice.

Simple and basic design


The hidden seams create a soft silhouette and a smart design. This simple tote bag can be used in the office or at formal occasions.

Designed with attention to detail, the abb bag is designed to just barely fit A4 size paper horizontally, with a wide gusset of 14cm.

*A4 file size is just enough to fit in landscape orientation.
Therefore, if you put an A4 file in it, the magnet will not close.
The shape of this bag is not suitable for people who frequently need to carry A4 files.


Although this tote bag looks smart, it has a large capacity of 8.4 liters thanks to the gusset width that was determined through repeated trial and error.


We researched and created the optimal balance between ease of carrying and large capacity.

The inside of the bag has three types of pockets in total: one plastic bottle pocket and two hanging pockets to allow for separate items.

The hanging pockets can hold small items such as smartphones and keys. The openings of the pockets are finished with grosgrain tape for durability and design.

The PET bottle pocket, created with the perspective of a female craftsman, is made from the same Cordura® fabric as the main body, achieving a sense of unity, durability, and ease of inserting a PET bottle.

Khaki grey lining for easy visibility

The lining is made of 100% nylon, which is highly elastic and durable, and the back of the fabric is coated with acrylic, giving it a slightly water-repellent function. Even if you put a wet plastic bottle or umbrella inside, the water will not easily seep through to the surface of the fabric.

"Nylon 110 twill" is elastic, wrinkle-resistant, has a beautiful luster, and is just the right thickness for a luxurious feel.

The color is a moderately bright khaki gray, which brightens up the inside of the bag and makes it easy to find small items.

Lining: Microfiber fabric

The inside is made of soft microfiber fabric so that you can put your computer inside as is.

シルエットが良い

主に私用で使っていたトートバッグが壊れ（加水分解による剥がれ）、代わりのものを探していたところイメージにドンピシャだったので購入しました。

一目見て、長く使えそうだと感じました。底板が敷かれ、荷物を入れても、床に置いてもシルエットが崩れません。

1つ後悔は、買う前にやはり現物を手に取るべきだったこと。
サイズ感が本当にギリギリ小さい。
動画を見て、恐らくレッツノート（12.4型ノートパソコン）は入るだろうと考え出勤時のオフィスカジュアルにも合わせようと思いましたが、レッツノートを入れるとギリギリ留め具が閉まりません。
あと少し、ほんの少しだけ大きいと嬉しいです。

ミコLなどは大きすぎますし、シルエットが私のイメージと違う。
取引先に行く時は別として、私は出社時はノートパソコンだけを持っていくので、それだけが入る無駄のないカッコいいトートバッグが欲しいです。他は何も入らなくて良い。

要望になってしまいましたが、結論としては満足しています。もっと楽しくなるカバンは久しぶりです。

とても使いやすい

カード入れが筒状で同じ高さで収納できないのかなと思いましたが、実際にカードをいれてみると表裏側とも高さが揃っていました。マチなしの方に1万円札を入れ、マチありの方にそれ以外のお札を入れています。そしていざという時のための財布内の緊急用お札をマチなしのカード入れの裏に納めました。意外と見えないです。
また、仕事ではカバンに入れてますが、プライベートではウォレットロープに繋げて前ポケットに入れたいので、ハンドルドロップをつけました。ハトメにリングとも悩みましたが、リングの向きが良くないし捻れた時に革に負担が掛かってしまうのでやめました。
とても良い財布と出会えました。

思った以上に良かった

コーデュラミニモンに合わせるのに、ストラップすごく迷いました。高くて迷ったら買えという教えに従い？決めました。思った以上にしっくりとして、いい感じです。何度も鏡の前でかけて、確認してます。
ミニモン手持ちで使うつもりで、ストラップはおまけ程度に思ってましたが、ショルダーとしての方が出番が多そうです。
思った以上に厚みのあるレザーで、少しゴツゴツと体に当たる感はありますが、そのうちに馴染むのかな？と思ってます。

YouTubeでグレーブの動画を何度も見て、私も長く使って見たいという気持ちが強くなっていました。そして福岡のイベント、そのすぐ後にネットでの販売と、なんというタイミング！

開けたら全部を見渡せるのが快適で、縦収納のカード入れがとても使い勝手良く便利です。ズボラの私にも取り扱いやすい革なのが助かります。

素敵です

普段のちょっとした外出にはコマメを愛用していますが、フォーマルな場でも使える革のショルダーが欲しいと思いソロを購入しました。
コーヒービーンズとストロベリーで最後まで悩み、スタッフの方のコーディネートを参考に思い切ってストロベリーにしたところ、綺麗な赤がポイントになって大正解でした。
存在感はあるものの派手すぎない絶妙な色なので、年齢問わず使えると思います。
ひとつだけ気になる所は、ショルダーパーツが少しザラッとしている(素肌に当たると痛い感じ)ため、ニットなどに擦れた時どうかなと心配しています。
とはいえ見ているだけでもテンションが上がるお気に入りのカバンなので、長く大切に使っていきたいです。

やっぱり高級感と堅牢な作りが安心

オリーブのアベベにグレージュのベルトを購入しました。グレージュのアベベもあるので、兼用の予定。他で購入したベルトが（レースの刺繍入りで一応4,000円しました。）荷物の重さに２回壊れました。やっぱりカワニシカバンにしよう、と、ラビット購入時に、送料無料を考慮し、一緒に購入しました。やはり材料にこだわるカワニシカバンのショルダーは必須だと身に染みています。

YouTubeで知ったカワニシカバンさんは、私の住む地域からは遠い香川県。じゃあってオンラインでサクッと購入するには少し躊躇う価格でしたので、今回名古屋イベントで実物を拝見させていただいてからの購入でした。　
まず、とにかく丈夫そう‼️私の知っている帆布とはまるで違いました。これは⋯長く愛せるカバンになりそう。そして、縫製もとてもとても丁寧で。納得の価格です。主人に言わせると、むしろ安い買い物だとのことです。
アベベとグレーブミニと迷っていたのですが、実物を見て、よりグレーブミニに惚れて（グレーブがきゅって小さくなった感じが可愛い‼️）、今回グレーブミニのオリーブを購入しました。
荷物をごちゃごちゃ持ち歩く私には、形がしっかりしているのが迷子にならなくて嬉しいです。布なのに布じゃないカバンみたいな丈夫さですね。これを縫える技術が⋯本当に凄いと思います‼️
色味もとても良い感じ。上品なオリーブカラーがカジュアルになりすぎず気分が上がります。

What is cash on delivery?

This is a shipping method that uses a "cash on delivery" slip, and the destination (Kawanishi Kaban) will pay the shipping fee. There is no shipping fee for the customer.
