These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") stipulate the terms of use of the online shop (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") provided on this website by Kawanishi Kaban Products Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). Registered users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") must use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

Q: What box should I return it in?

A. It will be easier if you return the product in the box that Kawanishi Kaban sent you. If you have discarded the box, please prepare a cardboard box of a similar size.


Q: What about the return slip?

A. Please choose the delivery company of your choice and return the item using a cash-on-delivery slip .


What is cash on delivery?

This is a shipping method that uses a "cash on delivery" slip, and the destination (Kawanishi Kaban) will pay the shipping fee. There is no shipping fee for the customer.
